While practicing a slow roll over the airfield for an air display the next day at Richmond the starboard wing struck the ground causing the aircraft to crash killing PLTOFF Lance R Sutherland instantly.

Converted to components/scrapped.
A12-47392Delivered onboard the vessel SS Fordsdale to Melbourne on 14/03/30. Assembled by 1 AD at Laverton 05/30. Crashed after wing failure on 15/05/30. Crew; P/O W.G.Rae parachuted to safety. Only engine salvaged for use as an instructional tool.
A12-57393Delivered onboard the vessel SS Fordsdale to Melbourne on 14/03/30. Assembled by 1 AD at Laverton 05/30. Served with 1 FTS 06/30. landing gear failure after crash on 28/10/31 at Point Cook. Damaged 03/07/35 at Templestowe. F/O A.C.D.Webb struck a fence after landing. Uneconomical to repair it was approved to convert to components on 01/10/35.

Damaged on the following dates, 18/03/32, 12/08/32, 03/10/32, 17/10/32 (struck a sheep skull when landing at Meriden). Served with 2 Sqn. Accident 29/03/38. Landing accident 02/04/38. Became Instructional Airframe No 3 on 15/04/40. Converted to components.
A12-77395Delivered onboard the vessel SS Fordsdale to Melbourne on 14/03/30. Assembled by 1 AD at Laverton 05/30. Served with 1 FTS 06/30. Accidents on the following dates, 27/09/34, 06/11/34. Forcelanded 10 miles east of Fisher on 29/09/35. Returned by railway to Cook where engine was replaced and it could be flown back to Point Cook. Crashed on 14/12/36 near Bacchus Marsh, Vic flown by P/O E.V.Read. Approval for conversion to components given 19/01/37. Remains of the aircraft found in the brisbane ranges in 1992 by Mark Pilkington and donated to the RAAF Museum in 2004.

Wing tip flare struck A12-1 during take off on 26/01/37. Crashed into sea off Point Cook on 23/03/37, Crew; P/O E.J.Eagerty. Approval given on 02/06/37 to write-off the airframe.
